Scott's Cove
Landmark
Scott's Cove is a scenic roadside fishing village and rest stop in Westmoreland Parish, Jamaica, located at the boundary between Westmoreland and St. Elizabeth on the south coast highway. The cove features a small sheltered bay where local fishermen dock their colourful boats, and a cluster of food stalls sell fried fish, bammy, and festival to passing travellers. The spot offers dramatic views of the Caribbean coastline and serves as a natural halfway point between Negril and Treasure Beach. Visitors often stop here for a meal and photos of the turquoise water against weathered fishing boats. Aurum Transfers provides private airport transfers from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) starting at $320 for up to four guests, with complimentary Starlink WiFi. The 2 hour drive from MBJ crosses Westmoreland and reaches the south coast at Scott's Cove.
