Sugar Mill Falls Water Park

Located within Dreams Rose Hall Resort (formerly Hilton Rose Hall, now under the Hyatt Inclusive Collection), Sugar Mill Falls is a massive poolside water park complex built around the ruins of a historic sugar mill. The centrepiece is a 280-foot waterslide that twists through the old mill structure. Three freshwater pools - including a family pool and adults-only section - are connected by a lazy river that winds through landscaped gardens. Additional features include a swim-up bar, hot tubs, and kids' splash areas. The park sits right on the beachfront and is primarily available to resort guests, though day-pass access is sometimes offered depending on occupancy. Note: Dreams Rose Hall is currently closed for Hurricane Melissa repairs until November 2, 2026 - check the resort's reopening status before planning a visit.
