Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between Aurum Transfers Limited (“Aurum”, “we”, “us”) and you, our guest. By booking our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle personal data.
 

Service Coverage: MBJ • KIN • OCJ

Fleet: Private, air-conditioned vehicles
Drivers: JTB-Licensed Professionals
Connectivity: Starlink WiFi available on select vehicles
 

1) Booking & Payment

  • Full prepayment (100%) is required at the time of booking. Your transfer is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with trip details. Please review and notify us promptly of any corrections.

  • Payments are processed through secure checkout on our booking platforms.

  • Group bookings (5+ passengers) require a custom quote via our request form. Group confirmations specify vehicle allocation and any special terms.

  • Custom itineraries (multi-stop days, hourly service) are confirmed by quote prior to payment.
     

2) Cancellations & Changes

  • 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund to the original payment method.

  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: No cash refund. A 100% travel credit will be issued, valid for 12 months from the original service date.

  • Service commencement: Once service has begun or the vehicle has been boarded, no portion of the fee is refundable or transferable.

  • Changes to name, date, time, or route are subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp for fastest assistance.
     

3) Guest Responsibilities

  • Arrivals & wait time: We track flights and meet guests inside Arrivals. Bookings include up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing. If delays occur, guests must contact us or the assigned driver.

  • No-shows: Failure to arrive or communicate within the wait window constitutes a no-show and is not eligible for refund or credit.

  • Capacity & luggage: Guests are responsible for selecting a vehicle suitable for their group size and luggage. Aurum is not liable for additional costs caused by undeclared passengers or baggage.

  • Child safety: Child or booster seats must be requested in advance. Guests are responsible for properly securing children in provided seats.

  • Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund for unsafe, abusive, or intoxicated behavior.
     

4) Vehicles & Service Standards

  • Signature SUV service: Standard private transfers for 1–4 guests are operated in private, air-conditioned SUVs.

  • Group services: Transfers for larger parties may be fulfilled using deluxe vans or executive coaches.

  • Partner operators: Group or overflow services may be provided by vetted, fully JTB-licensed and TPDCo-approved partners meeting Aurum’s safety and service standards.

  • Amenities: Starlink WiFi and refreshments are guaranteed only on Signature SUV services. Availability on partner vehicles is not guaranteed.

  • Meet & greet: Arrival services include in-terminal meet & greet. Departure services include hotel or designated pickup coordination.
     

5) Liability & Limitations

  • Licensing & insurance: All services are provided by licensed drivers operating insured vehicles.

  • Force majeure: Aurum is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, road closures, civil unrest, or extraordinary traffic conditions.

  • Personal property: Guests are responsible for their belongings. Aurum is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Limitation of liability: Aurum’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including missed flights or events).
     

6) Legal

  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Jamaican courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Dispute resolution: Please contact us first—most issues are resolved quickly via email or WhatsApp.

  • Intellectual property: The Aurum Transfers name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without written consent.

  • Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
