White Witch Golf Course
Golf
Named for the legendary Annie Palmer - the supposed voodoo-practicing mistress of Rose Hall who allegedly murdered three husbands - the White Witch Golf Course winds through 600 acres of the historic 4,000-acre Rose Hall Estate. Designed by Robert von Hagge and Rick Baril, this 6,758-yard par-71 championship layout features dramatic elevation changes, with 16 of 18 holes offering Caribbean Sea views. The 17th tee sits 350 feet above the coastline. Conde Nast Traveler ranked it the top golf course in Jamaica, and the caddie programme - mandatory here - has been recognized by Golfer magazine as among the best in the world. The course operates seasonally from November 1 through April 30; rates start around $165 in high season including cart. Collared shirts and golf shoes are required. The adjacent Cinnamon Hill course offers a complementary seaside routing on the same estate. Aurum Transfers delivers golfers from Sangster Airport to the Rose Hall corridor in about 20 minutes for $85 for up to four guests, with Starlink satellite WiFi and real-time flight tracking included.
